care to ensure the security of data and/or personal belongings
accessed and/or left in the premises by any person, but accept no
responsibility for the security of data and/or personal belongings
left in the premises by any person.
Subject to Australian law the
Barracks is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting
through the use of its network or equipment. It is not responsible
for any loss or damage resulting from advice by staff.

The Barracks staff and management accept no
responsibility for the safety and/or actions of minors on the
premises.

use of The Barracks network or equipment is
conditional on your compliance with Australian telecommunications
and other law.
The Barracks reserves the right
to collect information for the purposes of network
management (including
improvement of services provided to customers) or where there is
reason to believe that a breach of law is being/has been committed.
Where appropriate that information will be disclosed to
